Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every purchase made through The Panda Math Tutor shop.
1. What you are buying
Every note pack is a digital product: written by The Panda Math Tutor, typeset in LaTeX and delivered as one or more PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically. Page counts, topics and prices shown on the note page apply at the time of purchase.
2. Your licence: personal study only
When you buy a pack you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study or, if you are a parent or guardian, for the student in your household. You may read it on your devices, annotate it and print a copy for yourself.
You may not:
- • Resell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise commercialise any pack or part of it.
- • Share, forward, upload or publish the files — including on messaging groups, cloud drives, note-sharing sites, social media, forums or torrent networks.
- • Distribute copies, screenshots or scans to classmates, students, colleagues or a class, school or tutoring business.
- • Remove branding or invoice details, or present the material as your own work or teaching material.
- • Use the content to train, fine-tune or feed automated or AI systems, or to create derivative products for distribution.
Download links are personal to your order and must not be passed on. Sharing or reselling ends your licence immediately and may lead to copyright action.
3. Teaching or classroom use
Schools, tutors and study centres who would like to use a pack with more than one student need a separate written licence. Get in touch through the contact page and it can be arranged.
4. Copyright
All notes, diagrams, layouts, wording and branding remain the intellectual property of The Panda Math Tutor. Buying a pack does not transfer any ownership.
5. Payment, delivery and pricing
Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where it applies; the exact tax breakdown appears on your receipt. Card payments are handled by Stripe — card details are never stored by this shop. After a successful payment your files and a PDF receipt are emailed to the address you gave at checkout, and secure download links are also available from your order history.
6. Refunds
Because the packs are digital and delivered immediately, a purchase cannot normally be refunded once the files have been downloaded. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, contact me within 14 days and it will be replaced or refunded.
7. Availability and changes
Packs may be updated, re-typeset or withdrawn over time. Updates to a pack you already own are provided at no extra cost through the same download links where possible. These terms may change; the version published here applies to new orders.
