Privacy Policy

1. What is collected

• • Your email address — to send your files and receipt, and to answer questions.
• • Order details — which packs you bought, the amount in euro, VAT, invoice number and date.
• • Account data — if you sign in to view your order history and download links.
• • Delivery records — whether a receipt email was sent, retried or failed, so a lost delivery can be fixed.
• • Messages you send through the contact page.

Card numbers are never seen or stored by this shop — payments are processed entirely by Stripe.

2. Why it is needed

To perform the contract with you (deliver the notes you paid for and give you access to them again later), to meet bookkeeping and tax obligations, and to reply to your enquiries. Marketing emails are not sent unless you explicitly ask for them.

3. Who processes data on my behalf

• • Stripe — payment processing and payout records.
• • Resend — sending your receipt and delivery emails.
• • The shop's hosting and database provider — storing your order, account and note files securely.

Each provider only receives what it needs for that task, and none of them may use your data for their own marketing.

4. How long it is kept

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically six years). Contact messages are deleted once the conversation is finished. Your account and download history are kept until you ask for the account to be removed.

5. Download links and security

Note files are stored in private storage and served through short-lived signed links tied to your order. Those links are personal to you and must not be shared — see the terms & conditions. Access to admin tools is restricted and logged.

6. Cookies

Only essential storage is used: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and your reduce-motion preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of anything not needed for legal record-keeping, and you can object to a particular use. Contact me and your request will be handled within 30 days.

8. Children

The notes are written for grades 8-12, but purchases should be made by a parent, guardian or an adult student. Accounts are not intended for children under 16 without a guardian's involvement.
